Lettuce Run Club is a kind, community-led running crew for every pace — from first-time joggers to marathon hopefuls. Group runs every week, monthly events, and training plans that meet you where you are.
Three core runs each week. Show up to one or all of them — we save a pace group for you.
Soft surfaces, rolling terrain. 3–5 mi loop with a no-drop walk-back if needed.
Workouts written for the night. Strides, intervals, tempos — coached on a rotating block plan.
3 / 5 / 8 / 12 mile pace groups. Coffee after at Greens & Beans across the street.
Member events are free. Plus-ones welcome. Bring snacks.

The core club is and always will be free. Optional plans support coaches and unlock perks.
Show up. Run. Stay for coffee.
Keep the lights (and headlamps) on.
Bring Lettuce Run Club to your city.
"I joined for the runs, stayed for the people. Showed up at a 14-minute mile and they cheered me through my first 10K."
"The coached track nights changed my running. Knocked five minutes off my half — but also made my closest friends."
"As a new parent I needed something flexible. Walk-run group on Saturdays is everything — coffee after is non-negotiable."
Yes. We are a no-drop club with at least three pace groups at every run, plus a walk-run option on Saturdays. If you can move forward, you belong here.
The club is free, forever. Optional Supporter memberships ($9/mo) help us pay coaches and put on events.
Not for weekly runs — just show up. Special events with capped spots use the form below or the calendar link in our Discord.
Water, a charged phone, and weather-appropriate layers. For Thursday Track we recommend lighter shoes. We bring a small first-aid kit and a charged headlamp.
We have 12 chapters and growing. If yours isn't listed yet, apply to be a Chapter Captain — we provide a starter kit and coaching playbook.
Every group run has at least one trained run leader, a sweep at the back, and reflective gear in winter. Routes avoid unlit areas after dusk.
Drop your email and home base. We'll send you the next group run, a welcome guide, and zero spam.
